2. Autonomous artificial intelligence. Based on the Fujian Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and radiating to the southeast region, we will carry out cutting-edge core technology research in the development direction of artificial intelligence, deepen research on general technologies such as natural language processing, computer vision, and speech recognition, improve chip computing power utilization, and create an adaptive chip development ecosystem. We will focus on developing six major application fields, including industrial internet, smart healthcare, smart education, smart security, smart finance, smart driving, and drones, and strive to cultivate and develop a batch of high-tech products in the field of artificial intelligence with independent intellectual property rights and good market prospects. Prospective layout of brain chips, exploring memory computing integrated chips based on memristors, and accelerating the breakthrough development of computing power. 3. Future energy. Focusing on energy storage converters and system integration solutions, actively exploring the technology system for achieving energy interaction between electric vehicles and the power grid through charging stations, and taking the lead in building a mutually beneficial and symbiotic ecosystem between the energy storage industry and the new energy vehicle industry. Promote the establishment of electrochemical laboratories, research breakthroughs in cutting-edge technologies such as electrochemical energy storage, and accelerate the transformation and demonstration application of achievements; Carry out pilot construction of "offshore wind power+energy storage" to promote the industrial application of offshore wind power energy storage; Carry out integrated pilot applications of "optical storage charging and inspection", create demonstration zones for optical storage charging and inspection applications, and create a nationally influential new energy gathering center. Focusing on the strategic direction of national deep-sea resource development, we plan to establish a national level marine equipment technology center and national laboratory, carry out research and development of basic and key technology applications for marine equipment, layout the research and development of common and key technologies for deep-sea resource development supporting equipment, and focus on breaking through the design and manufacturing technology of ocean engineering ships, deep-sea aquaculture platforms, offshore wind power installation, operation and maintenance auxiliary equipment, as well as related supporting equipment and systems, Cultivate and develop deep-sea mining equipment, deep-sea biological resource collection equipment, deepen resource processing equipment and other deep-sea industries, and accelerate sea trial verification and demonstration applications. We will provide technical support in blockchain, network and computing power, interactive equipment, and digital infrastructure, and improve the metaverse industry ecological chain from five levels: content production, certification standards, data processing, virtual and real interfaces, and network environment. Using games as the main entry point, gradually expanding the application scenarios of virtual community and physical world integration, focusing on the development of VR/AR technology and product development and production, metaverse office, metaverse games, metaverse consumption, immersive socializing, immersive libraries/museums, and other multiple scene formats, promoting the development of new terminals for deepening perceptual interaction and systematic virtual content construction. Collaborative research will be carried out around key technologies in the metaverse such as NFT, brain computer interfaces, intelligent chips, and computing networks, actively cultivating industrial metaverse, digital virtual humans, and digital art trading formats.
